KENDAL Rugby Union Club are hosts to Sedgley Park in National League 2 at Mint Bridge tomorrow (Saturday), 2.30pm kick-off as they bid to lift themselves away from the lower reaches of the table.

While Kendal Town aim to maintain their fine form in the UniBond League away at Leek Town tomorrow (Saturday), the Westmorland County Under-18 team play their Northumberland counterparts at Town's Parkside ground in the Northern Counties Youth Competition tomorrow (Saturday), 2pm kick-off.

There is a Mid-Lancs Cross Country meeting at Lancaster University tomorrow (Saturday).
