Windermere are at home to Furness in the Cumbria League (2.15pm).
Kendal Town footballers are away to North Ferriby United in the first division of the UniBond League on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
Glaxo men's hockey team are hosts to Triton, while Kendal men entertain Liverpool University on Saturday (2.30pm).
