Speculation surrounding a Roy Keane appearance at tonight’s Kendal Town v Sunderland match has reached fever pitch after the Kendal Town website announced that a car parking space has been reserved for the former Manchester United captain.
Since the announcement of the game rumours have buzzed between the North East and the Cumbrian club, all regarding the possibility that the Sunderland manager would make the trip down for tonight’s game.
Despite little concrete proof either way over the previous weeks, this latest piece of news comes as the biggest indication yet that Keane will make an appearance as his Sunderland team takes on Lee Ashcroft’s Kendal Town tonight (Kick off 7:30pm).
