Athletics - Skipper lands triple gold

THE NEWLY-promoted Kendal AC athletes came back from the Mid Lancs Track and Field League's final medal meeting of the season at Blackpool's Stanley Park with plenty of individual awards.

Senior men's team captain Danny Parkinson led the way by completing a great season for him, earning three golds and a silver medal from the four events he took part in.
