RUNNERS looking for a warm-up race for the Great North Run can get the muscles working in the Burton-in-Kendal 10k on Sunday, September 14.
The popular 10k, sponsored by Aggregate Industries, is back on the race calendar after it was not held last year.
It starts from Burton at 11am and the race base is Burton Morewood School.
