Orienteering - Top-ten places on Shap Fells

A GOOD turnout of Lakeland OC members at the Borderliners’ Swindale event in the Shap Fells returned winners and other top-ten places across all age groups.

There was close competition with Warrior members in the 45 age classes with Richard Wilson (LOC) beating Andy Hyslop (WAROC) at second and fourth places in M45L.

Club honours were reversed in W45L with Julia Laverack (WAROC) beating Rebekah Beadle (LOC) also in second and fourth places and Karen Farley (LOC) placing tenth.
