Football - Development Officer on the move

FOOTBALL Development Officer Peter Nicholls has left the Westmorland County FA after two and a half years in the role.

Nicholls, who has played for local clubs Milnthorpe Corinthians and Kendal County in recent seasons, worked successfully on many initiatives, including the new four-year County Strategy, the County Development Centre, the Skills Programme, the Charter Standard in clubs and school and the Coach Education programme.

He is moving to the Cheshire FA, where he takes up the new role of Senior Football Development Officer.
