KENDAL head to Huddersfield in Saturday's National League 3 North programme, knowing that a win could see them move above their seventh-placed opponents, whom they have still to meet this season.
The home fixture between the clubs was one of four postponements at Mint Bridge so far this season.
Kendal coach Jon Nicholson, commenting on last week's 33-12 victory over Preston Grasshoppers last week, said:"The defensive element of our game was very pleasing as we were under quite a bit of pressure for a lot of the game.
"Although we missed a few individual tackles, for long passages of play we were able to defend without conceding either points or penalties resulting in Preston eventually turning the ball over.
"It was a massive effort by all players involved. We now need to take that defensive level of concentration and organisation on the road with road with us."
Hooker Duncan Green failed a fitness test last week and remains sidelined with his shoulder injury in an otherwise unchanged squad.
