A FROSTBOUND pitch has put paid to Kendal RUFC's home game with Leicester Lions. The match referee, who had travelled over from Middlesbrough to stay at Shap overnight, made the decision after a 9am inspection at Mint Bridge. Kendal's clubhouse will be open as usual with the Six Nations matches being shown on the big screen.
