FOUR local players are among the 60-strong development squad called by the England U16 selectors to attend half-term training camp at Hartpury College in Gloucester (February 17-21).
Kendal RUFC duo second-row Joe Robinson (Kirkbie Kendal) and No. 8 Chris Downham (Queen Katherine) along with Sedbergh School’s front row Nathan Morris aare included.
Sedbergh School fly-half Jack Harrison, who is attached to Wilmslow RFC, is among the backs group.
The training camp is part of preparations for England U16 matches in the Fourth Nations Tournament in Wales and the Millfield International Festival for the U16 A team, both in April.
