NETHERFIELD professional Glen Batticciotto made top-scoring 83 and took 2-17 in a winning draw at home to Lancaster in the Furness BS Northern Premier League on Saturday.
Netherfield won the toss and elected to bat, making 253-6 with Craig Walmsley (55), and John Huck (46) also in the runs.
Lancaster were defiant in reply, closing on 141-8, with Raghavendra top-scoring on 46 and Brendan Hetherington next best on 33.
Stuart Nixon 3-70 and Chris Miller (2-13) supported the pro's bowling.
Chorley beat Kendal by 46 runs at Shap Road. Chorley set a target of 171 with Mike Critchley (42), Will Moulton (29) and Jack Catterall (27) pulling the home side round with solid middle-order runs.
Best of the Kendal attack were Nick Lewthwaite (4-32) and Ben Simm (3-61).
In reply, Kendal were all out for 125 in 35.5 overs. Donovan du Plessis top-scored with 29 just ahead of Terry Hunte (27) with late runs from Stu Parkin (18).
Ghulam Dhar (6-47) and Jim Lee (3-30) shared the bowling spoils.
