KENDAL Town goalkeeper David Newnes was voted Fans’ Player Of The Year after a season of consistently brilliant displays in between the posts for Kendal Town.
The end-of-season awards were made in The Park after Town’s last home fixture, the dramatic 3-2 win over Buxton that ensured a play-off place.
The Committee’s Player Of The Season Award went to striker Alex Taylor for his tireless contribution to Kendal’s attack.
The Player’s Player Of The Season Award went to Callum Warburton who has had a great campaign in the engine room for Town.
Also picking up awards were Craig Hobson and Michael Cole who took Top Goal Scorer Award and the Managers Player Of The Year Award respectively.
The Club Person Of The Year Award went to Carole Thompson. Congratulations to all who received an award.
