THE Northern Premier League Twenty/20 competition takes precedence for Netherfield this week.
Chris Parry's men play Barrow tonight (Tuesday) at Parkside Road after beating Kendal by 20 runs in their opening game last Thursday.
Forty-eight hours after the Barrow fixture, Netherfield are quickly back in Twenty/20 action with the derby rematch, which takes place on Thursday this week, also at Parkside Road.
Matches start at 6.15-6.30pm.
As the second half of the Northern League season starts this weekend, Netherfield are without a league fixture because of their bye weekend. But there is plenty going on at the ground on Sunday with a annual fun day from 1pm, with lots of attractions, fun and games for children and adults.
It is a joint venture with Netherfield's sports partners in the new changing room facilities project and is supported by Kendal County, Wattsfield Junior Football Club and the Netherfield Bowling Club.
