GLENN Steel could be ruled out for the season after picking up an ankle injury in the first half of Kendal Town's match at North Ferriby United, today, Saturday.
Steel scored after five minutes but later suffered suspected ligament damage after going down in the box while unmarked.
He was replaced by Lee Mulvaney and early indications are it could be a season-threatening injury for the Town defender.
