BIG crowds are expected for Whittington Races near Kirkby Lonsdale (today) on Easter Saturday.
The David and Bowring Vale of Lune Point-to-Point meeting features six races preceded by two pony events, starting at 1pm.
There is a parade of the Vale of Lune hounds after the third race.
Spectators are being advised to arrive early to avoid congestion on the roads leading to the course.
