Football - Junior talent compete on Finals Day this weekend

WESTMORLAND FA junior football is showcased this Sunday when finals day takes place, with a chance to see some of the area's up-and-coming talent competing for silverware.

All of the matches are at Kendal Town FC's Parkside Road stadium, starting with the SM Jones Trophy final, between Kendal Colts and Wattsfield United, which kicks off at 11am.

The Dallam Tower Cup Final - Ambleside United v Wattsfield Wanderers - follows at 1pm.

A great day of football day culminates with the Minor Cup Final - Ibis v Milnthorpe and District - at 3.30pm.
