CAPTAIN Shane Dixon led the Netherfield 2nds charge as his knocks of 86 and 73 ensured two bank holiday victories.
On Saturday Dixon contributed 86 runs, ably supported by Oliver Hill (60) on the way to 229-6, before Steven Beck took 5-45 to restrict Lancaster to 138.
And another 73 runs for Dixon on Monday helped Netherfield chase down Fleetwood’s 171-8 to earn 12 points and keep up the winning run.
Kendal 2nds find themselves at the other end of the league after defeats to Darwen and Carnforth.
On Saturday, Kendal fell a long way short of Darwen’s 271-3, despite Paul Dodds knocking 62 at the top of the order, as Kendal were bowled out for 160.
Things looked better on Monday when Nick Phillips (44) and Paul Hodgson (46) gave Kendal a strong start against Carnforth but a middle order collapse saw them fall for 175, which Carnforth chased down within 41 overs.
