KENDAL RUFC is welcoming players old and new to rugby training, which will be starting for all open age players at the club's ground at Mint Bridge, on Tuesday evening, July 5, at 6.45 pm. and every Tueday and Thursday thereafter.
Players are asked to turn up with boots and trainers, ready to start at 7pm. for the training sessions. Training will be in the hands of the new coaching teams for the 1st and 2nd XVs, namely Ian Voortman (07713 948840) and Ian Thompson ( 07743 043204) for the 1st XV, and Mark Cox, a fully qualified coach and former Harlequins player, who is moving into the area shortly, will be organising the 2nd XV.
The sessions will be supervised by Mark Wood (07740 951218), the club's Director of Rugby.
Any new potential members wishishing to speak to the coaches for further details, should not hesitate to contact them personally.
