KENDAL qualified for the Jamie Haywood Twenty/20 Finals Day with their third win of the competition when beating Barrow by 42 runs at Shap Road on Tuesday evening.
In-form New Zealander Jamie How continued his run spree with 74 off 55 balls (two fours, four sixes).
How started the innings with a six off the first ball and his 50 came off 44 deliveries, and 11 balls later, which included three consecutive sixes off Daryl Wearing, the professional was out.
The only thing to stop How scoring was Terry Hunte's quickfire 52 runs from 35 balls in their 113 partnership off 12 overs.
It left Barrow facing a target of 153-2 but only opener P Malan made any impact as he compiled a top-scoring 49.
The rest of the batting, apart from No. last man G Collins (14) were out for single figures as Barrow were dismissed for 111 with one ball remaining.
Th wickets were shared around with Chirs Miller, Nick Lewthwaite, Stu Parkin and How all takign two apieice.
