Running: Entry opens for Three Bridges Race

THE annual Three Bridges 10km race will be held this year on Sunday, April 1 from the Salt Ayre Sports Centre.
The popular Lancaster and Morecambe AC event attracts runners from across the North West, with prizes going to the first three men and women finishers.
There will also be prizes for veteran categories, from 40 for men and 35 for women.
The course is flat and fast and medals will be given to all finishers. Entry is £9 per person, or £7 for running club members. An extra £1 for entries on the day.
