PACEMAN Scott Clement put in a great solo display with 7-52 to pave the way for Netherfield's five-wicket win over Leyland at the Stanning Memorial Ground in Sunday's First Division matches.
Leyland were dismissed for 121.
Netherfield made 122-5 off 39.3 overs in reply with professional Glen Batticciotto top-scoring with 37 not out,with support from Craig Parry 29,Ben Haddrick 24 and Alex Atkinson 20.
Netherfield's Saturday game at Carnforth was called off because of a wet ground.
Kendal were in winning form with a three-wicket victory over Fleetwood at Shap Road on Saturday in a rain-affected game.
Fleetwood were restricted to 115-9 off the 35 overs permitted with professional Ross McMillan taking 5-39.
Kendal lost seven wickets obtaining the required runs, but Terry Hunte's 38 laid a good platform before Nick Lewthwaite, batting at No. 8, again came up with a valuable late contribution as his 20 made a difference.
