CUP holders Burneside progressed to round three of the Hackney and Leigh Trophy with an easy win inside 11 overs against Trimpell.
Trimpell struggled to 77 with Mike Taylor (3-16) the main beneficiary, before Ryan Shepherd knocked a classy 43 to help his side to victory, as he took Burneside to 80-2.
Milnthorpe joined Burneside in round three with a home win against division two Moor Hospital.
Fox (32) and Cheal (58) started the first innings well for Moor Hospital but Mike Wills nabbed three wickets in four balls as Moor Hospital reached 187-9.
Andrew Pennington (80no) and Wills (55no) quickly took Milnthorpe to 188-2 in the 16th over and they will now face Windermere at home, after they had a walkover victory at Coniston.
Mike Shephered scored 96no as Arnside breezed past Cartmel, while Shireshead cruised to victory at home to Silverdale.
Ibis won the battle of division two with a six wicket win against Ambleside, while Warton and Sedgwick also progressed.
