COUNTY Cup holders Kendal County eased into the next round of the Senior Challenge Cup after a 4-0 home win over Westmorland League Division One Side Sedbergh Wanderers.
Joe Baker gave Kendal a 1-0 half time advantage before second half goals from Jason Jones, Jordan Knowles and Pete Carradus rounded off a comfortable afternoon.
In the other second round ties, Kirkoswald pulled off a shock 4-3 home win over Milnthorpe Corinthians.
Niall Renwick put in a sterling display scoring all four goals.
There was a shock result at Fitz Park where last season's finalists Ambleside suffered a humiliating 6-1 defeat to Keswick.
Richard Bannister bagged himself a hat trick with Declan Robinson, Jamie Little and Stephen Hilton also getting on the score sheet.
Appleby also make into round three after winning 3-1 at Burneside.
Dylan Critchley, Jordan Crawford and Neil Dean were the scorers on the day.
Wetheriggs Utd thumped a dejected Border City 8-0 while Braithwaite pulled off a surprising 4-3 win against in form Lunesdale Utd.

In the only first round tie, Ibis progress with a 3-0 home win over Staveley Utd.

Their was also a first round Junior Cup tie as Unisun Athletic progressed with a 4-2 home win over Appleby's Reserves.
In the only Westmorland League Division One tie, Kendal County registered an emphatic 12-2 win against Penrith's Reserves.
Dean Sill was among the goal scorers as he bagged a brace.
In Division Two, Shap picked up a 2-0 home win over Endmoor KGR while Coniston defeated Langwathby Utd 5-3.
Westmorland League Division Three saw Dent win 6-3 over Windermere's Reserves.
Eden Thistle mustered a solid 3-1 home win against Lunesdale Utd Reserves.
At Castle Drive, Ibis Reserves came from 2-0 down to take a share of the spoils in a lively 2-2 draw against Kendal Utd Reserves.
Kendal Utd got in front near half time through an unfortunate John Greenop own goal.
Kendal then made it 2-0 in the second half through a Joe Gordon strike.
However, Ibis fought back with the spirited Jay Hayton scoring twice.
In Division Four, Carleton Banks climbed up to second place with a 4-3 win at Eamont Rovers.
Dent's Reserves picked up a 3-2 win at Greystoke while Penrith Academy defeated Penrith Saints 12-2.
