As the half drew to a close Eden Thistle's Joe Robinson tested Ibis Reserves' 'keeper Frank Bolton but the sides went in all square at half time.

Eden Thistle opened the scoring five minutes into the second half. Tom Little struck from distance after Ibis' 'keeper Frank Bolton had cleared the ball.

Ibis’s Conor Stephenson almost equalised as his attempt on goal scraped the bar.

Tom Little for Eden Thistle nearly made it 2-0 but his shot hit the bar.

Eden Thistle looked solid at the back and defended well as they cleared every attacking threat Ibis could muster.

As the game drew to a close Jay Hayton, Conor Stephenson and Mark Selby had half chances for Ibis while a late penalty appeal was turned down by the referee.

In the end Eden Thistle held on to claim the win.
