Kendal United continue to lead the way at the top of Westmorland League Division One after they made it four wins from four games played on what was a busy few days for Simon Hansen's team.

On Saturday Kendal defeated Ambleside United 4-1 at Castle Drive, Bailey Kenny scored a brace while Danny Craig and Brandon Croskell-Robinson also found the net.

United followed up Saturday's win with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Ibis on Tuesday night. Kendal battled back from a goal down to collect the three points. Ibis opened the scoring in the first half however an equaliser just before half time through Conor Stephenson drew Kendal level, before Andy Lockhart scored the match winner deep in injury time.

Keswick ended up with a 1-1 draw over Kirkoswald on Tuesday ight while Sedbergh Wanderers' good start to the season continued after they claimed a dramatic 4-3 win at Kendal County Reserves. The Wanderers scored the crucial goals through Shaun Gardner and Luke Packham, before Oli Wales scored twice. Kendal scored through Bailey Carlos, Jordan Matias and Robbie Mcrae.

The defeat for County completed a mixed weekend for The Claret and Blues after they picked up a 3-0 win at Appleby on Friday Night. Carlos with a brace while Jordan Matias was also on target.

In the other games Wetheriggs United defeated Ibis 6-1, Appleby picked up a 5-3 win at Lunesdale United, while Windermere won 4-2 at Burneside.

Endmoor KGR made it three wins from three after they climbed to the top of Division Two. On Saturday KGR defeated Ullswater United 3-0, Adam Soulby with a brace, before they defeated Staveley United 4-0 on Tuesday night with Bradley Hodgson scoring two goals.

In the other Division Two Games Shap and Braithwaite battled out a dramatic 3-3 draw, Staveley Utd defeated Wetheriggs United Reserves 2-0, Carleton Banks routed Kendal United Reserves 7-0, Eden Thistle defeated Windermere Reserves 5-1 while Castletown United won by the same score after they defeated Keswick Reserves.

Dave Irvine scored a hat trick after Ibis Reserves defeated Burneside Reserves 5-4 in Westmorland League Division Three. Jay Hayton also scored a brace in an important win for Fred Dixon's Team. Elsewhere, Penrith Royal defeated Penrith Saints 4-3, Appleby reserves defeated Sedbergh Wanderers Reserves 2-0, Bobby Atkinson and Ben Collinson with the goals, while AFC Carlisle defeated Endmoor KGR Reserves 6-0.
