KENDAL Town midfielder Charlie Bailey has followed in his brother's footsteps by departing the club to join local rivals Lancaster City.
The Dolly Blues confirmed the signing on Monday, saying Bailey had committed to the Giant Axe side for the 2017/18 season.
Bailey, 19, from Lancaster, originally joined Kendal on loan from League Two side Morecambe in 2015.

AT a meeting at Ruskins on Saturday June 3 a group of Kendal Town fans formed an independent supporters' club.
An interim committee was elected with Merrill Tummey as the Chair. Next steps will be an annual general meeting in a few weeks to confirm the club’s constitution and committee.
After the meeting Chair Merrill Tummey said: “The main intention of the supporters club was of course to support Kendal Town, but more importantly it will also provide a means of putting the concerns of supporters to the football club.
"It should be seen as a positive step forward for both the supporters and the football club.”
