Harvey's Everton side won the Holland tournament, however they were knocked out in the quarter finals of the tournament in Marseille.

Harvey's dad Allan Billington said: "He's really enjoyed it. It's been a very good team bonding experience for them

"He has especially liked playing against the big teams. All of the big European teams were there, so he got to see how he compared to the other teams and players.

"We are now awaiting confirmation on a tour of Belgium in August, but he'll have four more weeks off before that. But his summer will be pretty full

"He'll get some time off to prepare for the under nines season. It's a big season for them because this is the first time they've been signed.

"He'll get to play the other local premier league teams like Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.

"He's looking forward that, because he's never played against them before.

"The teams do so much for the young players these days. He was a bit nervous at first because he'd never been on a plane before.

"Now he's looking forward to the next tour. It will be something like his fifth time abroad now and he's only eight."

Harvey also attended the Everton academy awards in Liverpool, where all the youth players were given a pennant by Everton player Tom Davies.
