Dootson replaces cup hero Newton in goal for Whitby clash

CRAIG Dootson starts in goal for Kendal Town at Whitby Town this afternoon after Tom Newton fractured and dislocated a finger in training.

Newton was the cup hero for Town against Lancaster City on Tuesday night but the injury means he misses out today.

Alex Taylor and Gary McEvatt also start with Adam Farrell and Kevin Leadbetter dropping to the bench.
