Town postpone Tuesday's Albion cup clash

FROZEN: Three inches of snow cover the Kendal Town pitch
DEEP snow on the Kendal Town pitch has forced the postponement of Tuesday's Doodson Cup quarter-final against Witton Albion.
For Town it is the second postponement in four days after frost led to Saturday's away trip to Marine being cancelled. The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 15, at 7.45pm.
Up to three inches of snow cover the pitch at the CosySeal Stadium but it is hoped the pitch could be ready for Saturday's Evo-Stik League game against Chasetown, kick off 3pm.
