Rugby - Cumbria pip rivals to Shield place

CUMBRIA ensured their survival in the County Championship Shield competition for another season when they edged out Durham 21-20 at Darlington in Saturday's final match of the series.
It means Durham are relegated along with Oxfordshire, who lost 42-3 at Hertfordshire.
