HALLAMSHIRE's Lizzie Adams set a new women's course record at the Fell Foot Parkrun on Saturday.
Adams finished in 18 minutes - the fourth fastest time ever on the course - and was followed by Helm Hill's Melanie Hyder of Helm Hill in 18.46.
She was followed by first-timer - and first man - Howard Ewan from Cirencester in 18.58.
The Saturday morning run at the Newby Bridge venue is attracting runners from all over Britain and has been hailed as the most scenic parkrun of them all.
It is popular with all ages, with a number of families taking part with their children, and all levels of ability.
