“But one thing they all have in common is a warm welcome to people who might like to learn the game, or just come along to see what is there.

“Often they are along a quiet road on the edge of the town, but they all make the most of Cumbria’s spectacular landscape. I would encourage anyone to go along and see what’s there.

“The Get into golf course is an ideal way to learn the game with a qualified professional and spring is a great time to get outdoors.”
