Ibis, Kendal County and Kendal United were all winners in the second week of The Westmorland Under 25 League.

In the opening game of the night, Ibis made it two wins from two after a comfortable 4-0 win over Kendal College.

Ibis dominated the first half without being able to find a goal, however the flood gates opened in the second half as Jay Hayton opened the scoring., before a Jez Walsh brace and a Josh Ford effort sealed a comfortable win.

In the second game defending Under 25 League Holders Kendal County battled to a 2-0 win over Grayrigg. County opened the scoring within the first minute through Callum Moffatt before Brody Moffatt scored a second soon after.

Kendal United closed the night with a 1-0 win over Lunesdale United. Kendal who missed a lot of chances, made hard work of it, however Joel Nicholsons goal was enough to seal the win.

The Westmorland Under 25 League was put together by Daneil Ferguson from The Westmorland FA with the games played every Wednesday Night throughout the Summer, at the Millenium Playing Fields in Kendal.

The matches which are 55 minutes long are catered for anyone Under 25 that wants to keep their match fitness up during the off season.
