Walking football sessions for the over 40s kick off next week.

Westmorland County FA and Age UK South Lakeland is running the fortnightly fun sessions sessions starting next Tuesday, September 27, at Dallam 3G pitch from 6.50pm– 7.50pm.

The cost for taking part is £2. All the rules of football remain the same with one big difference - those taking part can only walk. There is no running or sprinting.
