FORMER England international and Premiership coach Dean Ryan has been appointed head coach for next summer’s Sedbergh Summer Sports Academy.
The Academy will focus on developing the most modern skills and strategies for young players who are seeking to create an understanding of elite rugby.
The course features extensive work on creating individual and unit play through a variety of Premiership practices and skill based games.
Ryan was recently named as the coach for the Northern Hemisphere team’s for the Help for Heroes Rugby Match, to be played at Twickenham on Saturday.
The rugby academy is open to boys aged 10-15 and will run between July 23 and July 26, July 30 and August 2 and August 6 to 9 at Sedbergh School.
