Glee star Cory Monteith has told how the cast are "over the frickin' moon" about the fact they're to perform a special show for the Obamas.
The actor, who plays Finn Hudson, joined fellow cast members in Beverly Hills at a special Q and A as part of the Paley Centre For Media's PaleyFest 2010.
Speaking before the event Cory explained why the cast of the E4 series had been invited to the White House, saying: "It's his Easter egg roll in April."
He went on: "Excited is not really the word, I think over the frickin' moon is more the phrase."
The actor said he wasn't sure how the invite had come about: "I wasn't sure if it was the daughters or Michelle but [it's] amazing!"
Jenna Ushkowitz, who stars as Tina Cohen-Chang, said she was blown away by the news.
"We're meeting the President, it's kind of amazing. I never in my life thought I'd be able to do that, so it's definitely an honour and we're just so excited," she said.
She added: "We're going to go perform for them, we're going to sing for them. I'm a little nervous but it's going to be great."
