Kristin Scott Thomas is reportedly set to star in a film about Charles Dickens.
The Bel Ami actress will be reunited with her English Patient co-star Ralph Fiennes on The Invisible Woman, as he is set to direct, reports the Daily Mirror.
Kristin, 51, said she was keen to work with her "old friend" Ralph again.
She said: "I'm going to do Ralph's film because he's an old friend and he did such a good job on Coriolanus that I want to be there for him when he does his next film."
It isn't known whether Ralph might also star in the film.
The movie will be adapted from Claire Tomalin's book about the author's secret love affair with Ellen "Nelly" Ternan, which went on for several years.
