REGINALD SAMUEL COOK On 29th August, at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Reg aged 89 years of Windermere. Beloved husband of Carol. He will be sadly missed. Funeral service at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Thursday 13th September at 11am.
