JAMES (JIM) REID Peacefully at the Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer, on Sunday 9th September 2018, James (Jim) Reid aged 85 years, of Keepers Cottage, Machermore, Whitefield Road, Glenluce, formerly of Kendal, a beloved husband of the late Dot Reid, father to John, Graham, David, Joyce and Robert, brother of Heather, brother-in-law of Tony, father-in-law of Susan and uncle, also a loving grandad and great-grandad of the family. Funeral on Monday 24th September 2018, service at Roucan Loch Crematorium, Dumfries at 12noon, thereafter to Roucan Loch Green Burial Site, no flowers please, donations in lieu if desired to the Port William Inshore Rescue Service, will be accepted on retiral from the service.
