EZARD Jack Passed away peacefully on 24th January 2019, aged 86 years, loving father and grandfather. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, 12th February 2019 at Beetham Hall Crematorium at 12.30pm. Family Flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St. Johns Hospice.
