McVEY John Murray (Jack) Died peacefully on the 3rd July, in Furness General Hospital, aged 87 years. Dearly loved and missed by Anne, Simon and Paula, Fiona and Graham, Kayleigh and Laszlo, Jonathan and Leanne, and Matthew. Former Sports Editor of the Westmorland Gazette. Funeral service will take place at Our Lady of Windermere & St. Herbert Church, Windermere on Thursday 18th July at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Lymphoma Action c/o Edmondson Longmire Funeral Service, The Chapel, Glebe Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, LA23 3HB. Tel. 015394 43427.
