TEMPLE Simon Ernest William Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 14th August 2019 aged 68 years. Much loved husband to Sally, father to Simone, Natalie, Charlotte and Sophie, grandfather, brother and friend. The funeral service will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium Friday 30th August at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancercare c/o the Funeral Directors J Mason and Sons, 19 Moor Lane, Lancaster. Telephone 01524 65304.

So sorry to hear the sad news about my fellow front row rugby player in our St Bees XV undefeated throughout the 1967 season including a victory Against our arch rivals Sedbergh. Happy memories of a very special and talented team mate. My deepest sympathy to the whole family. May your sorrow quickly pass leaving you all with only the happy memories of a very special person. RIP my great friend Simon.
