WELLS Hazel Peacefully passed away 6th December 2019. Wife to the late George, dear mother, gran and great-gran. Fought to the end her way as only mum would. Loved now and forever, sleep well Mum. The family have requested no flowers, donations if desired to the Blind Society. Funeral to take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Wednesday 18th December 2019, at 2.00pm.
