FALSHAW Peacefully passed away at the Royal Infirmary Lancaster on Sunday 2nd February, John of Orton, aged 89 years. Loving husband of the late Margaret, John is survived by two sons, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Growing up in Halton East, near Skipton. John has lived in Orton from 1963. A private family cremation will take place at Beetham Hall crematorium, followed by a celebration of life service, at All Saints Church, Orton, on Wednesday 12th February, at 12.00 noon to which all are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully accepted for Arthritis Research and All Saints Church, Orton and may be left at the service or sent, c/o Glyn Jones Funeral Directors, 12 Battlebarrow, Appleby, Cumbria, CA16 6XS.
