FORREST Graham Keith Passed away at St John's Hospice on 17th June 2020, aged 57, after a bravely fought battle. Loving Husband to Fiona. Devoted Dad to Nathan, Adam, Megan, and Bethan and Grandad to Mia. Loved Son, Brother, Uncle and friend to many. Wake to be announced at a later date. Any donations to be made in memory of Graham to St John's Hospice, Lancaster via cheque. All enquiries to Hayes & Parkinson.
