O'CONNOR Jean Passed away peacefully on the 15th January, aged 82 years at Summerhill Care Home. A beloved mother to Jeanette and Neil. Loving wife of the late John O'Connor. Grandma to Sophie, Glen and Chloe and mother-in-law to Chaieomie. We would like to thank the N.H.S. and all the staff at Summerhill for the care given to mum. Family flowers only. All enquiries and donations in Jean's memory to Diabetes UK to Hayes and Parkinson.
