LINKLATER Ivan (David IM) Much loved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully at home, Pomona, Cark-in-Cartmel on 11th January 2021. He was the GP for the Flookburgh area for 32 years. Due to current circumstances a private family funeral service will take place 29th January 2021, 3:30pm at Beetham Crematorium and which is being streamed (contact linklater1931@gmail.com for link).The cortege will leave home at 2:50pm and go via Cark, Flookburgh and Allithwaite. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Family flowers only please. I was so sorry to read of Dr Linkletter's passing. He was a huge help to me in Flookburgh. A wise and gentle man.

So sad to hear Dr Linklater has passed away. He was such a caring person and a real credit to his family and profession. He helped us in so many ways and nothing was too much trouble. The world has lost an amazing man.
