HIGGINS Carmel Passed away suddenly but peacefully on 2nd July 2021 in Palo Alto California aged 49. The beloved wife of Simon (Euge) Harrison, mother of Poppy and Charlie. Dear daughter of Joyce and sister of John and Katy. Carmel was much loved by Joyce and David, John and Shirley, Katy and Richard and all their families, along with her many friends worldwide.
