WILLIAMS Emily Peacefully at home after a short illness, 14th July 2021. Much loved mum and mother-in-law of Susan and Leigh, dear sister to Eileen and the late Ron and Jim, adored wife of the late Ned. Dearly loved friend of Janice and 'lovely aunty Em' to Enid, Anne, Pauline and their families. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Wainwright Court and Kendal District Nurses for their wonderful tender care these last few weeks. Emily was loved by all her family and friends and although she will be greatly missed there is comfort in many happy memories. "A funeral service and thanksgiving for Mum's life will be held at Holy Trinity and St George Catholic Church, New Road, Kendal on Wednesday 28th July at 11.30am. A committal service will follow at Beetham Hall Crematorium, Beetham at 12.30pm. I will arrange flowers on behalf of everyone. Mum loved clothes and being smartly dressed so, no black necessary, wear what makes you feel goodwould approve!" Susan
