DAVIES Peter It is with great sadness to announce Peter passed away peacefully at home on 28th July 2022. Devoted husband of Sharon, father of Glen and Fiancée Ursula, brother to Veronica and Beth, brother-in-law to Lorraine, Allan, George and Wayne, son-in-law to Doreen, uncle and a sincere friend to many. Funeral service will take place at Beetham Hall Crematorium on Tuesday 16th August at 11 a.m. Family flowers only, donations to Prostate Cancer UK on the day or online via fishwicksltd.co.uk. The family wish to thank Dr. C. Thompson, all the staff on the Oncology Ward at the Westmorland General Hospital and Park View Surgery for the care and support given to Peter during his illness and latterly the District Nurses, the Palliative Team, the carers from Your Autumn Years and the Hospice in the community team.
